Marvellous Millie
At Willow Cottage we are proud to play a role in nurturing the next generation of Early Years Practitioners and Educators. All three settings have staff working towards their apprenticeships and they are highly valued members of the team.
Millie – Level 2 Early Years Educator apprentice at Eynsham – was awarded apprentice of the month for the month of April.
She was nominated by her tutor, Melissa, from Abingdon and Witney College, for always taking on board any suggestions and guidance given. Melissa also noted that during her last observation within the setting, the activity that Millie had done with the children was of Level 3 quality.
Eynsham management team say: We are really proud of how hard Millie has been working towards her Level 2 and extremely proud of her for achieving the ‘Apprentice of the Month’ award.
Millie shows dedication and passion daily when working with the children and this is also showing through her well written essays using the knowledge she has learnt here at Willow Cottage. Well done Millie!
