Our full-day places are designed for families seeking the consistency, routine, and flexibility of regular early years care across 2, 3, 4, or 5 days each week.
Choosing a full-day place gives your child a stable, enriching environment where they can build strong attachments, engage deeply in learning and outdoor play, and enjoy wholesome meals freshly prepared on site. For parents, it offers peace of mind and dependable wraparound care to comfortably fit around work and family life.
Families accessing full-day care can also apply their government Early Education Funding (EEF) towards their place. We stretch your funded entitlement across 50 weeks of the year, with your monthly invoice simply reflecting the additional hours, care, and services outside our core funded delivery.

Early Education Funding (EEF)
We deliver our stretched funding over three 4-month terms:
- Spring Term: 1st January to 30th April
- Summer Term: 1st May to 31st August
- Autumn Term: 1st September to 31st December
Children who attend full-day booking patterns will receive these funded hours during our core hours as part of their regular attendance. Please note that our Summer term stretched EEF is delivered from 1st May, not 1st April. For more information on how to claim your funding, please see our dedicated EEF page.
Choosing a Start Date & Discount Offer
Because Early Education Funding can be difficult to claim for children starting more than two months into a term, we work with parents to manage start dates by offering a 33% discount to families who begin in the two months preceding a delivery term.
- Eligible start months: November or December, March or April, and July or August.
- Please note that any offered start date for a booking pattern is initially for an unfunded place. Any subsequent reduction in fees is provisional, subject to a successful EEF claim. (See full T&Cs below).
Tax-Free Childcare
Tax-Free Childcare is a government scheme that tops up your childcare payments. For every £8 you pay in, the government adds £2, saving you up to £2,000 per child annually. We are a fully registered provider, so you can easily use this scheme to pay your monthly invoices. Further information.
Workplace Nursery Schemes
Please note that we do not participate in commercially marketed Workplace Nursery Schemes. The complex third-party contracts they require do not align with our operational policies. If your employer offers childcare benefits, we recommend using the government’s Tax-Free Childcare scheme instead. Further information.
Need-to-Know Information
- Scheduling: All new booking patterns must include either a Monday or a Friday.
- Inclusions: Our fees are fully inclusive of all meals and standard nappies.
- Hours: Full-day cover is based on a 9-hour day. Charges may apply for additional hours or late collections.
- Invoicing: Fees are calculated annually and divided into 12 equal monthly payments. They are due promptly, in advance, on the 1st of each month. Fees are subject to regular review, usually on 1st May each year.
- Settling-in: Your first two 1-hour settling-in sessions are complimentary. Any additional sessions are charged at our standard ‘Extra Hours’ rate.
- Additional Days: Children already attending the setting may request extra days, which we will always try to accommodate, though this cannot be guaranteed.
- Discounts & Schemes: We are registered with the Tax-Free Childcare Scheme (subject to eligibility and arrangement prior to each term). We also offer a 10% discount for full-time siblings.

33% Pre-Term Discount Offer
- The discount is applied as a credit note for up to 33% of a child’s standard monthly charge.
- It does not apply when Early Education Funding is being claimed.
- It applies only to children whose initial booking pattern start date falls in the calendar months of March & April, July & August, or November & December.
- The discount is applied pro-rata where children start partway through a month.
- It is valid for up to two months of nursery fees only and no discount applies after the beginning of a child’s first full term.
- It does not apply to children who have delayed their booking pattern start date, giving us less than 3 calendar months’ notice of their initial start date.
- This offer can be withdrawn at any time.
*Refundable Holding Deposits
- Holding deposits are refunded on the condition that we receive 30 days’ written notice of leaving after the child has started nursery with us, or 90 days’ written notice of leaving (cancellation) if the child has not yet started nursery.
