School Leavers Party at Farmoor 2025
Willow Cottage Farmoor had their school leavers party on Saturday 26th July. The weather was dry until the very end, but that didn’t dampen the fun!
The children enjoyed decorating their own biscuits which they had baked on the Friday at nursery. They also enjoyed some karaoke and face painting.
The teachers decorated the garden and created some lovely opportunities for photos. As always, the orchard was a firm favourite and the children enjoyed playing alongside siblings and parents, showing them their favourite areas of the nursery.
We had a lovely selection of food and drinks for both the children and their families to enjoy, including some of Ciprian’s (Nursery Chef) favourites and the children’s own baked goods.
At the end of the party, we came together on the mound to sing our leavers song and present our leavers with gifts and certificates. An occasion which always hold mixed emotions and feelings, which were reflected in the weather as the rain came pouring down.
We are so proud of all of the children and know they are ready for school but we will certainly miss them all. Good luck school leavers, from all of us at Farmoor.
