The Role
- Excellence in Environment: Maintaining a flagship level of cleanliness and hygiene, setting a professional benchmark that ensures a safe, sparkling, and inviting space for every child.
- Essential Safety & Compliance: Upholding rigorous standards by maintaining accurate records and following COSHH regulations to ensure the nursery remains a safe and healthy environment.
- Nutritional Support: Assisting our catering team in delivering healthy, home-cooked meals and ensuring the dining environment is ready for a smooth and happy lunchtime.
- Lunchtime Engagement: Stepping into the rooms to support children as they eat, encouraging healthy habits and providing a warm, caring presence during their mealtime experience.
- Team Collaboration: Providing vital cover for colleagues during lunch breaks, ensuring the high-performance culture and seamless care of Willow Cottage continues uninterrupted.
- Operational Diligence: Ensuring the nursery remains tidy and organized throughout the day, managing laundry and resources with absolute attention to detail.
- Community Care: Acting as a friendly and professional face within the nursery, supporting the team in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for children and their families.
