Eynsham Staff Awards

We are thrilled to be able to announce the winners of the staff awards for our Eynsham setting. All staff at the Eynsham setting have had the opportunity to nominate and vote for the colleague who they felt most fitted the brief of each category.

Covid Superstar Award

For being someone who really stood up and stood out during the pandemic.

Taygen Shaw

Both Taygen and Shannon worked throughout the pandemic and were 2 of the few staff who provided amazing care for Key Worker families during the first lock down and have continued to be a huge support to all staff, children and families.

Shining Light Award

For someone who is great to work with, fun to be around, positive, happy and a beacon of light.

Alice Woollard-Storey

Alice is a great person to be around, lovely to work with and such a positive colleague.

Calmer of Storms

A consistently, calm diffuser of stress and anxiety in the workplace.

Graca Fernandes

Graca is always helpful and is calm in difficulties. You can always be sure that Graca is calmly giving her all to the children in her care.

Dashing Debut Award

A member of staff who started (or started a new role) within the last 12-18 months who has really stood out.

Keavy Walton

She is a very gentle soul that is continually growing into a wonderful practitioner. She’s positive, great with all children and hard working. She has been an amazing apprentice and a huge asset to the team.
