Farmoor School Leavers 2023
On Saturday 1st July, we celebrated our 2023 school leavers, due to begin their new adventure to school in September. The children were joined by their families, parents and siblings, as well as some of their key people or staff from their family group.
We were very lucky with the weather and hosted our party in the main garden. The children were able to explore a range of activities, including playdough, a dinosaur ice tray, a forest school activity, bubble wand making and many more.
The orchard was a popular place to be, with some children enjoying finding butterflies and bugs- an interest from nursery.
Ciprian very kindly prepared some of his lovely food for the parents to try and children to enjoy including, bread sticks, croissants, raspberry muffins and biscuits as well as a selection of fruits. Thank you Ciprian!
Towards the end of the party, the children all joined on the mound to sing our leavers song together- with some tearful parents proudly watching on! The children were then very excited to come and collect their gift bag presented to them by Toni and were very keen to see what was inside.
We all had a lovely morning celebrating their time at Willow Cottage.
