The importance of good food at an early age

Professor John Stein F.R.C.P. of Oxford University says:-“There is now overwhelming evidence that infants’ nutrition plays a very important part in optimal development of their brains. In particular lack of essential micronutrients such as omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals can limit acquisition of cognitive skills very significantly. Hence the high quality of the food provided by the Willow Cottage Nurseries, as evidenced by their winning their National Nursery Food Award, is crucial to their fantastic success.”
