Welcome to Lisa Constable

Over the summer Jennie Moss took a break from Willow Cottage to spend more time with her family and has taken on a more flexible role with reduced hours. With this change we are pleased to introduce you to Lisa who will be the first point of contact for all of our parent’s Childcare funding and invoicing questions.

Lisa writes; “I have worked in the early years sector for almost 25 years, including hands on practice and management roles. I am delighted to be here and working alongside a friendly team with family at its heart.

My main responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of parent accounts and I am now getting to grips with the systems and how things work.

I am also mum to three children now aged 19, 17 & 10 and have been a parent using childcare settings for my own children for many years so know what it feels like to drop them off in the care of someone else and also the frustration felt if your invoice is not correct.
