Welcome Bonus T&Cs

Willow Cottage is always pleased to welcome new staff warmly to our team. From time to time we offer Welcome Bonuses to new candidates, to support their transition to their new place of work. Hopefully this will make their move easier, covering costs and as a big thank you at a daunting time.

Welcome Bonuses are paid to candidates as they join the company for the first time and are not paid to candidates who have previously worked for us.

We do not pay welcome bonuses to candidates joining from recruitment consultants or agencies, unless a bonus has been agreed in writing, individually with the applicant, prior to their application.

Welcome Bonuses are paid pro-rata for part-time staff.

Welcome Bonues for bank staff are pro-rata according to the number of hours worked.

Welcome Bonuses are usually paid in instalments
