Nursery Room Leader – including Deputy Room Leader
Willow Cottage Nurseries is looking for an exceptional Early Years Room Leader with a passion for leadership and a vision for delivering the highest quality education and childcare.

Roles and responsibilities
As a Room Leader or Deputy Room Leader you will be involved in:
- Delivering and maintaining a professional standard of care and education with high expectations of all children and colleagues.
- Inspire, motivate, and give direction to the team in order to provide the best possible care and education for the children in an environment which is inviting and challenging.
- Sharing and role modelling professional knowledge and experience in line with current thinking around child development.
- Supporting reflective practice, observations and planning in order to meet the individual needs of all children.
- Meeting statutory requirements such as safeguarding, welfare, learning & development, SEND support and record keeping and supporting the team to maintain the same high standards.

Eynsham – OX29 4EH
Bletchingdon – OX5 3DH
Farmoor – OX2 9NS
Hours/Contracts Available
Full time – 40 hours over 4 days – 7.30am to 6pm
*The nursery is open all year round and is not able to offer term-time only positions.
Salary
Team Room Leader – £30,467
Deputy Team Leader – £28,103 (Currently under review)
+ £2000 welcome bonus (T&Cs apply)
Qualified to
Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 1 year working at early years level 3 or above
