20 Years of Service: Celebrating Debbie Taylor
We are delighted to celebrate a remarkable milestone at Willow Cottage this month: Debbie Taylor is celebrating 20 years of dedicated service!
The world of Early Years education has evolved in innumerable ways since Debbie first joined our team in 2006. Yet through every change, her enthusiasm for, and commitment to, our children and their families has remained ever-present.
Having worked across every age group over the past two decades, Debbie has continually grown and adapted her practice to nurture and support the unique needs of every child in her care. Beyond her professional expertise, she is a cherished presence in our settings: rarely seen without a trusty cup of tea, and legendary among the children for her animated renditions of “That’s Not My Princess”.
Outside of Willow Cottage, she is now a very proud “Nanny Debbie” to her four grandchildren, bringing that same warmth and deep Early Years knowledge home to nurture the next generation of her own family.
